Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for 1 week pending return of a completed booking form and 25% deposit. The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation
In the event of you needing to cancel, please advise us by telephone immediately and confirm the conversation in writing or by using the website Contact Us form. We will attempt to re-let the Lodge and return your payment, less a £25 handling fee. If we are unable to re-let the Lodge for any reason all monies will be forfeited.

Arrival and Departure
The lodge is let Friday to Friday. It is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day or departure.

Guest Numbers & Groups
The number of people occupying the Lodge must not exceed the number stated on the booking form. We do not normally accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 25 years (a group being 5 or more people).

Cleaning, Damage & Breakages
The Lodge should be left clean and in the same good condition as you found it. Any breakages must be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any damage.

Availability
In the unlikely event of the Lodge being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find you similar alternative accommodation or give you a full refund. No further liability will be accepted.

Risk
The use of the Lodge and amenities is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
